This policy applies to yamthapa.com and enquiries made to Yam Thapa through the contact details and links on this website. Yam Thapa works as a Relationship Manager at Iris House Properties L.L.C., a RERA-registered Dubai brokerage with ORN 35710. If you proceed with a brokerage service, additional notices or terms provided by Iris House Properties may also apply.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact me by WhatsApp, telephone or email, you may provide your name, contact details and information about a property, such as its building or community, unit type, size, floor, view, furnishing, occupancy, asking price and current status. Please do not send title deeds, Emirates ID copies, bank information or other sensitive documents unless they are specifically required through an appropriate channel for an agreed service.

Website analytics and cookies
